Fonctionnalités et technologies
Fonctionnalité : Robot One identifies weeds between crops and eliminates them individually using laser technology, enabling precise, chemical-free weed control directly in the field. This reduces the need for manual labor and replaces traditional spraying. It operates autonomously in crop rows using cameras and AI-based plant recognition, adapts to different field layouts through adjustable configurations, and is built as a modular system that can be upgraded over time. Robot One runs on electric power supported by solar panels and an optional range extender for extended working hours.
Technologies embarquées : - GPS (RTK) for precise navigation in the field - Stereo camera vision system for plant detection - AI-based plant recognition models (crop vs weed) - High-power CO₂ laser modules for weed removal - Onboard computing (NVIDIA GPU) for real-time image processing - Wheel sensors and calibration systems for accurate positioning - 4G / WiFi connectivity for data transfer and remote support
Outils : Robot One is specifically designed for precision weeding and is not intended for tillage or seeding applications.
Connexions : - No tractor required. Robot One is fully autonomous and self-propelled, with its own electric drive system. - No PTO, hydraulics, or 3-point linkage needed. - Data connectivity: uses onboard connectivity (WiFi / 4G) for data transfer, updates, and remote support. - No dedicated base station required for operation. - GPS: integrated onboard with RTK capability, can be linked to farm systems for field mapping, task planning, and data exchange.
Phase de développement
Prochaine phase de développement : The next development phase of Robot One focuses on integrating diode laser technology to increase field capacity and treatment speed. Compared to the current CO2 laser system, diode lasers offer a longer lifetime, a much smaller form factor and better scalability within the robot’s modular design. This enables Robot One to target and treat more weeds at higher driving speeds, while reducing system complexity and maintenance needs.
