Caractéristiques techniques
Besoin principal du robot : Automatic transplanter
Source d'énergie : Fuel, we need a tractor pulling the machine - PTO
Puissance : Depending on the size of the machine: 60 (1 row) to 170 HP (6 row)
Taille : 2 row (=2 robots) machine: 652 x 250 x 240 cm, 6 row (6 robots) machine: 630 x 822 x 377 cm
Fonctionnalité : Low pressure hydraulic, if a tray is not positioned well, it will just stop to Prevent trays from breaking or bending things. 1 cycles is 5 seconds, so every 5 seconds we take a full line of plants out of the tray. We use trays up to 34 cells per row.
Technologies embarquées : Tray sensor to check if there is a tray present. Plant sensor to check if there is a plant/plug present. No camera systems mounted yet, this will come in the future.
Outils : More than 100 different trays are compatible with the robot
Connexions : Only PTO required, the machine is independent of the tractor and works on 24V. Connectivity is an option. No base station needed. GPS can be mounted on the machine, but is not necessary.
Phase de développement
Prochaine phase de développement : Camera system to count the transplanted plants
