  robot of the Agriplanter does the job of a 2 line manual transplanter. A 4 row
  Agriplanter could replace 8 to 10 people who would transplant manually. This occurs with only 1 tractor driver and 1 person in the back putting the trays in the robot. Standard speed of Broccoli transplanting in Europe is around 4 to 6 km/h.

Fonctionnalités et technologies

• Fonctionnalité principale : Low pressure hydraulic, if a tray is not positioned well, it will just stop to prevent trays from breaking or bending things. 1 cycles is 5 seconds, so every 5 seconds the machine takes a full line of plants out of the tray. The machine uses trays up to 34 cells per row.
• Logiciel : Tray sensor to check if there is a tray present. Plant sensor to check if there is a plant/plug present. No camera systems mounted yet, this will come in the future.
